Job summary

Waste Pro USA Inc. is seeking energetic CDL drivers for roll-off duties in Baton Rouge. Responsibilities include securing containers, operating lift equipment, and providing excellent customer service to commercial clients. Thorough pre/post-trip inspections and safe driving are required.

Eligible drivers may qualify for the $10,000 driver award, with criteria met every three years. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and teamwork in serving Waste Pro's customers.

Qualifications

• Must have a Class A or B CDL valid for the state in which the position works.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Understand refuse collection policies and DOT requirements for CMVs.
• Ability to read and communicate in English.
• Must be able to maintain written records and perform required DVIR/safety checks.

Responsibilities

• Secure containers by attaching hook and securing with straps and tarps.
• Provide courteous, expeditious customer service to customers and the public.
• Answer questions and direct to Customer Service or Sales for more information.
• Operate compaction and lift equipment on the vehicle.
• Perform daily pre/post-trip inspections and safety checks.
• Maintain a clean truck and perform basic vehicle inspections.
