Waste Pro USA Inc. is hiring energetic CDL drivers for residential refuse collection. The role includes operating assigned routes, performing pre/post trip checks, maintaining equipment, and delivering reliable service to customers.

A retention bonus and performance awards highlight the commitment to driver excellence. Qualified candidates will hold a Class A or B CDL, be at least 21, and demonstrate strong English communication.

Competenze

• Must have a Class A or B CDL valid for the state of work.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Understand refuse collection policies and DOT requirements.
• Must read and write English well enough to communicate with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to drive and operate refuse trucks safely.

Mansioni

• Safely drives truck on pre-established routes and dumps garbage and recyclables on schedule.
• Provides courteous customer service and represents the company positively.
• Performs daily pre/post trip inspections and safety checks.
• Maintains truck cleanliness and reports maintenance needs.
• Completes required reports and observes DOT/state regulations.
