Job summary

Waste Pro USA Inc. is seeking energetic CDL drivers to operate residential refuse collection routes in Florida. You will drive safely, perform pre- and post-trip checks, and supervise helpers while delivering reliable service.

The position offers a $2,000 retention bonus and a $10,000 driver award, attainable every 3 years when criteria are met. Rehires are not eligible. Join a team that serves millions of customers with well-maintained trucks.

Qualifications

• Must have a Class A or B CDL valid for the state of operation.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Understand refuse collection policies and DOT requirements.
• Hear in the normal audio range with or without correction.
• See in the normal visual range with or without correction.
• Maintain legible records and documentation.
• Speak and read English well enough to communicate with customers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Safely drives on pre-established residential routes and dumps refuse into trucks.
• Provide courteous, expeditious customer service on all routes.
• Ensure proper collection and transfer of garbage and recyclables.
• Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections and safety checks.
• Keep truck clean and perform basic maintenance checks.
• Prepare and submit required reports and documents.
• Supervise helpers on assigned route and ensure safety compliance.
