Job summary

Waste Pro USA Inc. is seeking energetic CDL Drivers for residential refuse collection on pre-assigned routes. The role includes operating refuse trucks, ensuring timely pickups, and maintaining safety and DOT compliance.

A retention bonus is offered, with a separate driver award program recognizing performance. Responsibilities include pre/post trip inspections, customer service on routes, and proper reporting.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A or B CDL for the state of operation.
• Must maintain a clean driving record and comply with DOT regulations.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English.
• Physically able to perform job duties including lifting and operating equipment.

Responsibilities

• Safely drives refuse collection truck on pre-established routes and dumps loads.
• Delivers courteous, efficient customer service to residents and customers.
• Ensures proper pickup and tagging of improper containers; adheres to route schedule.
• Performs daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and completes required safety documents.
• Keeps truck clean and conducts routine checks on fluids, tires, and undercarriage.
• Completes manual duties such as lifting and moving large trash bins; assists with route cleanup.
• Prepares, maintains and submits company and regulatory reports as required.
• Supervises helpers on the vehicle and ensures compliance with DOT and company policies.
