Job summary

Rumpke Waste and Recycling in Irvine, KY is hiring Rear Load Truck Drivers to service customers with waste and recycling collection across diverse routes. You will operate a rear-load truck, perform pre/post trip checks, and maintain logs. Applicants must have a valid Class B CDL, a DOT Medical Card, be at least 19, and read/speak English well.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Class B CDL.
• Must have a DOT Medical Card.
• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Must read and speak English well enough to communicate with customers and staff.
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide trash or recycling removal services safely by emptying containers into the truck.
• Routinely enter/exit the truck 300–600 times per day per route.
• Pull or push containers from enclosures or inside buildings.
• Replace receptacles neatly at curb or designated area.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and complete logs.
• Interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
