Fordyce Concrete Co., a CRH company, seeks a Ready-Mix Driver to deliver concrete to commercial and residential sites. You will operate mixer trucks, perform pre/post-trip inspections, and maintain delivery records while working independently with team support.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, CDL A/B, and a clean driving record. OT and travel may be required; safety and customer service are priorities in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years' experience driving trucks of similar size and equipment preferred.
• CDL A or B license required; must maintain an active, clear record; manual transmission allowed.

Responsabilités

• Safely operate ready-mix trucks to deliver concrete to job sites and company locations.
• Conduct daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections per DOT standards.
• Load and unload equipment and materials as needed.
• Maintain accurate mileage logs and delivery records.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and traffic laws.
• Perform minor truck maintenance and keep your vehicle clean.
• Support your team and supervisors with additional duties as required.
• Deliver quality service and represent our company with professionalism and courtesy.
