Job summary

Century Concrete, Inc., a CRH company, is hiring Ready-Mix Drivers to safely and timely deliver concrete to diverse projects. You’ll operate modern mixer trucks, work independently, and support a proactive team.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, CDL A or B, manual transmission experience, 3+ years driving similar trucks, ability to pass DOT screening, and willingness to work up to 6 days, nights, and travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years’ experience driving trucks of similar size and equipment preferred.
• Valid CDL A or B license required; active, clear record.
• Manual Transmission experience required, No manual restriction (E).

Responsibilities

• Safely operate ready mix trucks to deliver concrete to job sites and company locations.
• Conduct daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections by DOT standards.
• Load and unload equipment and materials as needed.
• Maintain accurate mileage logs and delivery records.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and traffic laws.
• Perform minor truck maintenance and keep your vehicle clean and orderly.
• Support your team and supervisors with additional duties as required.
• Deliver quality service and represent our company with professionalism and courtesy.
