Conco Companies, a CRH Company, is seeking a Ready-Mix Driver to deliver concrete to a variety of projects in southwest Missouri. You’ll operate modern mixer trucks in urban and rural settings, often working independently with team support.

The role requires a CDL, a high school diploma or GED, and a focus on safety. Expect potential overtime and weekend work during peak periods, with a strong emphasis on professional customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years’ experience driving trucks of similar size and equipment preferred.
• Valid CDL A or B license required; must maintain an active, clear record.

Responsabilités

• Safely operate ready mix trucks to deliver concrete to job sites and company locations
• Conduct daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections by DOT standards
• Load and unload equipment and materials as needed
• Maintain accurate mileage logs and delivery records
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and traffic laws
• Perform minor truck maintenance and keep your vehicle clean and orderly
• Support your team and supervisors with additional duties as required
• Deliver quality service and represent our company with professionalism and courtesy
