Job summary

Conco Companies is seeking a Ready-Mix Driver to safely deliver concrete to a variety of projects and customers. You will operate modern equipment in both industrial and residential settings, often working independently with strong team support.

Qualifications include a High school diploma or GED, 3+ years of truck driving experience, and a valid CDL A or B with a clean record. Must be available to work up to 6 days a week with overtime and be capable of travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years' experience driving trucks of similar size and equipment preferred.
• Valid CDL A or B license with active, clean record.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate ready mix trucks to deliver concrete to job sites and company locations.
• Conduct daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections by DOT standards.
• Load and unload equipment and materials as needed.
• Maintain accurate mileage logs and delivery records.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and traffic laws.
• Perform minor truck maintenance and keep vehicle clean and orderly.
• Support team and supervisors with additional duties as required.
• Deliver quality service and represent the company with professionalism.
