Titan America, LLC's S&W Ready Mix operation in Goldsboro, NC, is hiring a CDL Ready Mix Driver. Open interviews on June 17 and 24, 4:00 PM–6:00 PM at 624 Powell Rd., Goldsboro. We offer competitive wages and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities include safe truck operation, loading and delivering perishable product, and keeping trucks clean. Qualifications require a valid Class B CDL, professional conduct, ability to work outdoors and pass pre-employment checks.

Qualifications

Valid Class B CDL and clean driving record.
Professional and courteous attitude at all times.
Ability to work outdoors in extreme heat/cold.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
Ability to pass pre-employment checks (background, DOT, drug screen, MVR).
Ability to wear required PPE.

Responsibilities

Safely operate truck in accordance with applicable regulations.
Load and deliver perishable product to customers with quality service.
Follow procedures to ensure truck is safe to operate; assist with plant duties as needed.
Complete required inspections and paperwork timely.
Maintain clean interior and exterior of truck; coordinate with dispatch and management.
