Job summary

Titan America LLC is hiring a CDL Ready Mix Driver for our Kinston, NC plant. The role requires a valid Class B CDL, clean driving record, and ability to perform outdoor work in varying conditions.

You will safely operate the truck, load and deliver perishable products, and support plant operations as needed. We offer comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k) with matching, paid vacation, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL and ability to maintain a clean driving record.
• Professional and courteous attitude to coworkers, supervisors, and customers.
• Ability to work outdoors with exposure to extreme heat and cold and other outdoor environmental conditions.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform repetitive movements with hands, wrists and feet; climbing and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate truck following all regulations.
• Load and deliver perishable product to customers with quality service.
• Assist with plant maintenance, cleanup and other duties as assigned by supervisor when not driving.
• Complete pre- and post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Operate truck to receive load, evaluate slump, and drive to job site; attach chutes and discharge material.
• Complete all forms, tickets, and paperwork in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the truck.
• Communicate with dispatch, maintenance, and plant management to ensure good information flow.
• Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and the public.
• Knowledge of ready-mix industry is a plus.
