Job summary

Duininck Concrete is seeking a CDL Class B driver for a seasonal, full-time role based in West Central Minnesota. You will safely operate ready-mix trucks, deliver concrete to construction sites, and provide excellent customer service while adhering to DOT rules and safety standards.

This position offers paid training, benefits such as health plans, dental/vision, life insurance, disability, 401(k) with company match, and PTO.

Qualifications

• CDL Class B required; Class A preferred.
• Safety-conscious and able to speak up about unsafe conditions.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime when needed.
• Learn to operate/maintain a ready-mix truck.
• Comfort with GPS usage.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a ready-mix truck to transport and deliver concrete to construction sites.
• Follow DOT requirements and traffic laws.
• Communicate delivery updates or issues to dispatch.
• Provide professional customer service at sites.
• Ensure proper handling and pouring of concrete to prevent spills or damage.
• Maintain clean interior and exterior of the truck.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Climb ladders and stairs.
• Work in various weather conditions.
