Cemstone Ready Mix in the upper Midwest is seeking a Ready-Mix Driver to deliver concrete and related products to construction job sites within a close radius.

This role includes pre-trip inspections, safe driving, loading admixtures, accurate ticketing, and completing paperwork. We offer overtime, tuition/CDL reimbursement, paid weekly, 401k with company match, PTO, and comprehensive benefits in a family-owned company.

Qualifications

• Valid Commercial Driver License (CDL) Class A or B.
• Must pass Federal DOT drug screen and physical and obtain DOT Medical Card.
• Operate truck safely and in compliance with policies and laws.

Responsibilities

• Pre-trip inspection of the ready-mix truck per DOT regulations.
• Deliver ready-mixed concrete to construction sites within proximity.
• Ensure correct slump and admixtures per ticket; manage loading.
• Complete paperwork and collect money if necessary.
• Maintain clean truck and perform post-trip inspections.
