Job summary

Duininck Concrete in West Central Minnesota seeks a seasonal, full-time CDL driver to safely operate ready-mix trucks and deliver concrete to construction sites.

You will follow DOT requirements, provide professional customer service on site, maintain clean equipment, and participate in training. CDL Class B is required (Class A preferred). Training is provided for safe handling and delivery.

Qualifications

• CDL Class B required; Class A preferred.
• Safety-conscious and ready to speak up about unsafe conditions.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Willingness to learn operating and maintenance of a ready-mix truck.
• Comfortable with learning or using GPS.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a ready-mix truck to transport and deliver concrete to construction sites.
• Follow DOT requirements and traffic laws.
• Communicate with dispatch regarding deliveries and issues.
• Provide professional customer service at construction sites.
• Ensure proper handling and pouring of concrete to prevent spills or damage.
• Maintain clean inside and outside of the truck.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
• Lift and carry heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
• Climb ladders and stairs in various weather conditions.
