Job summary

Duininck Concrete, based in West Central Minnesota, is seeking a seasonal, full-time concrete delivery driver. You will safely operate a ready-mix truck, adhere to DOT requirements, and provide professional customer service at construction sites. Training is provided for new equipment handling.

The role offers a competitive pay range ($28–$33 per hour) with benefits, including health plans and a 401(k) match. CDL-B is required; Class A preferred.

Qualifications

• CDL Class B required; Class A preferred.
• Candidates must demonstrate safety awareness and compliance.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to training.
• Effective time management and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a ready-mix truck to transport and deliver concrete to construction sites.
• Follow DOT requirements and traffic laws.
• Communicate delivery updates to dispatch and interact professionally with customers.
• Maintain truck cleanliness and assist with safe handling of concrete.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
