Job summary

Duininck Concrete in Minnesota is seeking a seasonal, full-time ready‑mix truck driver to deliver concrete to construction sites. You will safely operate a ready‑mix truck, follow DOT regulations, and maintain a clean vehicle while providing professional customer service on-site.

CDL Class B is required (Class A preferred); training is provided. Expect early mornings, possible evenings, weekends, and overtime. Must lift up to 50 lbs and be comfortable with GPS and varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• CDL Class B required; Class A preferred.
• Must be safety-conscious and follow DOT rules.
• Ability to manage time and work both independently and in a team.
• Flexible schedule: early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Willingness to learn to operate/maintain a ready-mix truck.
• Comfortable with learning or using GPS.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a ready-mix truck to transport and deliver concrete to construction sites.
• Follow DOT requirements and traffic laws.
• Communicate delivery updates to dispatch; provide professional customer service at sites.
• Maintain interior and exterior of the truck and ensure proper handling of concrete.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders and stairs; work in various weather conditions.
