Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's-level or higher preference in education-related field.
• Experience in post-secondary instruction or workforce training.
• Ability to lead curriculum development and program assessment.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the CDL Program and curriculum development.
• Hire, orient, and develop Driver Trainers; monitor performance.
• Lead regular faculty meetings and professional development activities.
• Advise and support students, including during provisional periods and career guidance.
• Coordinate scheduling, resources, and program effectiveness.
• Engage with accreditation and government reporting requirements.
