Job summary

United Site Services is seeking a Service Technician to operate a service truck, service portable restrooms, and hold tanks across client sites. You will follow USS and DOT safety standards and interact with customers to ensure quality service.

The role requires at least two years of commercial driving experience with a valid CDL, strong time management, and excellent communication skills. Regular on-site work with routing feedback to improve efficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of commercial driving experience.
• CDL required and valid.
• Excellent time management, customer service and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate a company service truck and drive to locations to service/pump/clean portable restrooms and holding tanks.
• Perform safe service per USS and DOT safety standards.
• Interact with customers on-site to ensure service is completed to their standards.
• Provide routing feedback to Operations Manager/Supervisor/Coordinator for efficiency.
• Be flexible to adjust routes to meet customer needs and plan for future requirements.
