Job summary

Rotochopper in Saint Martin, MN is seeking an experienced OTR Driver to safely transport oversized equipment and work hands-on with our machines at customer sites. This role includes long-haul driving plus setting up demonstrations with the Sales team.

You must be a Class A CDL holder with a clean record, comfortable with heavy equipment, and able to travel frequently and stay away from home. Strong customer service also matters.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of over-the-road driving with oversized/overweight loads.
• Current Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
• Current DOT Medical Certificate and ability to maintain DOT qualifications.
• Ability to travel regularly and spend extended periods away from home.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions on the road.
• Mechanical or heavy equipment experience, including operating heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Transport oversized and overweight equipment safely over long distances.
• Load, unload, and secure equipment.
• Inspect truck, trailer, and load; maintain records.
• Plan and adjust routes based on permits and road conditions.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance and report issues.
• Support hands-on customer demonstrations of heavy equipment.
• Collaborate with Sales during deliveries and demonstrations.
• Interact with customers during deliveries and respond to on-site questions.
