SRM Concrete is seeking a reliable Mixer Operator to deliver ready mix concrete from our Ocala-area operations. You will be the face of SRM at job sites, ensuring on-time deliveries and professional service to customers.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or Class B CDL with DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record and commitment to safety.
• Strong commitment to exceptional customer service and representing SRM values.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 100 lbs, climbing ladders/stairs, and working in all weather.

Responsabilités

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM with professionalism.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks for safety and compliance.
• Follow DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself and others.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
