Job summary

Qualifications
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of service.
- Registered with FMCSA National Registry to perform CDL medical exams.
- Strong knowledge of FMCSA regulations and guidelines.
- 2–5 years in occupational health nursing or related field.
Responsibilities
- Perform DOT medical examinations for CDL drivers and issue certificates.
- Coordinate scheduling of examinations with OHS nurses.
- Manage complex cases requiring physician-level review and treatment plans.
- Stay current with FMCSA regulations and guidelines.
- Assess essential job functions and implement reasonable accommodations.
- Coordinate with benefits, HR and safety teams for case management.
- Maintain confidential medical records and documentation.
