Qualifications
- Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant licensed in the state of service.
- 2–5 years of occupational health nursing experience or related field.
- Knowledge of workers' compensation, disability, safety, and healthcare plans.
Responsibilities
- Directs and coordinates delivery of health care through case management.
- Identify high-risk cases and develop treatment plans.
- Determine essential job functions and accommodations to reduce disability length.
- Coordinate with network service providers and evaluate care quality.
- Maintain confidential records for case management decisions.
- Collaborate with benefits, legal, and safety teams.
