Job summary

Northwest Respiratory Services, LLC seeks a Medical Equipment Delivery Driver to join our team in Great Falls, MT. This role involves delivering respiratory equipment, educating patients on proper use, and documenting interactions to ensure safety and billing accuracy.

The ideal candidate will have a CDL-B with airbrakes endorsement (preferred), strong customer service skills, and the ability to lift and move heavy equipment daily.

Qualifications

• Must have current CDL-B with Airbrakes endorsement (preferred).
• Acceptable criminal background and motor vehicle record check.

Responsibilities

• Make deliveries in a straight truck or van up to 16 feet.
• Deliver and educate on safe use of respiratory equipment at patients' homes.
• Document patient interactions for compliance and billing accuracy.
• Resolve patient equipment problems as needed.
• Fill oxygen cylinders and tanks.

Job Details: Job Location: 28 Great Falls - Great Falls, MT 59405, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $19.00 - $22.00 Hourly, Travel Percentage: Road Warrior, Job Shift: Day, Job Category: Service Technician, Northwest Respiratory Services seeks a Medical Equipment Delivery Driver to join our team. This person is the face of the company for our customers, providing empathetic and highly accurate communication in support of their health and quality of life. You will educate patients on the use of their equipment, troubleshoot issues, check-in with patients to ensure proper and safe use of their equipment, and build trust with our customers through regular face-to-face interactions.

Essential Duties and Responisbilites:

• Make deliveries in a straight truck or van, up to 16 feet in length
• Deliver and educate on safe use and care of respiratory equipment at each patient’s residence.
• Document patient interactions for compliance and billing accuracy
• Resolve patient equipment problems on an as needed basis
• Fill Oxygen Cylinders and Tanks

Compensation and Benefits:

• $19-$22 per hour

Qualifications: Requirements:

• Current CDL-B with Airbrakes Endorsement preferred.
• Acceptable criminal background check and motor vehicle record check
• Pass a mandated drug test, a physical capability test, and DOT Physical
• Ability to lift, pull, push and carry heavy equipment daily.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service skills
• A desire to work with the community and help those in need obtain a better quality of breathing
