Job summary

Linde plc. is seeking a CDL driver in Raleigh, NC to deliver products to customers and handle required DOT paperwork with accuracy. The role requires safe driving, timely deliveries, and detailed record-keeping.

You will perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, monitor vehicle maintenance needs, and build strong relationships with customers to meet service objectives. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, with proficiency in reading and writing in English.
• Two years of consecutive driving experience or recent certification from Truck Driving School, with a valid Class A or B CDL.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Hazmat endorsement on CDL or obtain within 60 days of hire.
• No preventable accidents, license suspensions, or moving violations in the past two years.
• No alcohol-related convictions within the last ten years.
• Must pass a DOT physical and obtain a medical certificate.
• Able to push, pull, move, and lift a minimum of 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers by making 10-12 stops per day, handling freight, completing paperwork, and providing excellent customer service.
• Accurately count and record quantities and styles of delivered and picked up products.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and identify maintenance needs.
• Build relationships with internal and external customers to meet business goals.
• Continuously learn how Linde operates to support growth.
