Qualifications

High school diploma or GED and ability to read/write in English.
Two years of driving experience or recent Truck Driving School certification with valid CDL.
Must be 21 years or older.
Hazmat endorsement on CDL or must obtain within 60 days of hire.
No preventable accidents, license suspensions, or moving violations in past 2 years.
No alcohol-related convictions in last 10 years.
Must pass DOT physical and obtain medical certificate.
Ability to push, pull, move and lift at least 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

Deliver products to customers with 10–12 stops per day, ensuring accuracy and good service.
Count and record quantities and styles of delivered and picked up products.
Complete hazardous material shipping papers per DOT regulations.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
Identify need for timely vehicle repairs or maintenance.
Build relationships with internal and external customers to meet goals.
Continuously learn about Linde's operations to drive growth.
