Job summary

Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. in Oxnard, CA is seeking a Local Delivery Driver (CDL A) responsible for delivering products to customers with 10–12 stops daily, handling freight, and completing paperwork with strong customer service. You will perform DOT hazmat papers, pre/post-trip inspections, and monitor vehicle maintenance needs.

A hazmat endorsement or ability to obtain within 60 days is required. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, minimum 21 years old, and a clean driving record

Qualifications

Requires high school diploma or GED.
Two years driving experience or recent Truck Driving School certification.
Must be 21+; hazmat endorsement or ability to obtain within 60 days.
No major accidents, license suspensions, or moving violations in past 2 years.

Responsibilities

Deliver products to customers, averaging 10-12 stops per day, handling freight, paperwork, and customer service.
Accurately count and record quantities and styles of products delivered/picked up.
Complete hazmat shipping papers per DOT regulations.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
Identify needed vehicle maintenance and repairs.
Build relationships with customers to meet business goals.
Learn and grow knowledge of Linde’s operations.
