Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
• Current DOT Medical Card (Medical Examiner’s Certificate).
• Minimum 1 year of experience operating CMVs in construction environments.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices.
• Understanding of construction site safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate CMVs such as dump trucks and flatbeds safely.
• Transport materials, equipment, and personnel to and from job sites.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and complete documentation.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment.
• Perform general labor on construction sites (digging, trenching, lifting, debris clearance).
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Assist skilled tradespersons as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area around vehicles and sites.
• Adhere to safety protocols and wear PPE at all times.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.

The CDL-Laborer at Primoris Services Corporation plays a crucial role in supporting various construction projects by operating commercial vehicles and performing general labor tasks. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and teamwork.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate commercial motor vehicles (CMVs) such as dump trucks, flatbeds, and other heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all DOT regulations and company policies.
• Transport materials, equipment, and personnel to and from job sites.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment, completing necessary documentation.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment.
• Perform general labor duties on construction sites, including but not limited to digging, trenching, lifting, carrying, and clearing debris.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Assist skilled tradespersons as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, both in and around vehicles and on job sites.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, co-workers, and other team members.

Job Qualifications
