Qualifications

• Able to work in all weather conditions and handle changing priorities.
• Strong communication and teaching skills for student drivers.

Responsibilities

• Train and evaluate student drivers to become licensed commercial drivers.
• Instruct on safety inspections, turning, backing, and road skills.
• Evaluate progress daily and determine when students are ready to progress from range to road.
• Ensure students handle upgrades/downgrades and complex traffic scenarios.
• Resolve student issues and support organizational objectives.
