Job summary

Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Specialist in Kahului, Hawai'i to manage shipping, receiving, transportation, and distribution of all materials across sites, including Bldg. 550, RME, and Haleakala Summit.

Required: High School diploma, CDL with Hazmat endorsement, valid driver’s license, five years of warehouse experience, knowledge of PPE, and proficiency with MS Office; ability to lift up to 50 pounds; strong communication and teamwork; OSHA training preferred.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of progressive experience in warehouse supply shipping and receiving.
• Knowledge of common safety practices and PPE.
• Ability to meet deadlines and effective organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• Ability to use common office machinery.
• Ability to work well as a team player in a challenging work environment.
• Skill in the use of hand and power tools commonly used in the construction trade.
• Ability to understand and follow directions.
• Ability to read, speak and understand basic English.
• Experience with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily inventory tasks including cycle counting, RF scanning, and database records.
• Pick and pack pharmaceutical inventory with RF scanners.
• Coordinate outbound shipments with logistics vendors to ensure accurate destinations and billing.
• Maintain pallets properly and ensure FIFO stock rotation.
• Assist with transporting HVAC freight and materials to customers.
• Operate within OSHA safety guidelines and coordinate with maintenance teams.
