Job summary

Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC seeks a Warehouse Specialist in Kahului, Hawai`i to oversee shipping, receiving, and transportation of packages across sites. Responsibilities include inventory control, forklift operation, and coordinating outbound shipments with logistics providers.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• CDL with Hazmat endorsement.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• 5 years of progressive warehouse shipping/receiving experience.
• Knowledge of PPE and safety practices.
• Ability to meet deadlines and stay organized.
• Ability to multitask.
• Strong oral and written communication.
• Experience with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipping, receiving, transportation, and disbursement of packages and supplies.
• Perform daily inventory management including cycle counts and RF scanning.
• Pick and pack pharmaceutical inventory with accuracy using WMS and RF scanners.
• Conduct raw material sampling and HACMAT shipments details.
• Follow OSHA safety guidelines and operate forklift and automated equipment.
• Coordinate outbound shipments with logistics companies and ensure correct billing.
• Stock shelves using FIFO and maintain product quality.
• Deliver HVAC freight and materials to customers as needed.
• Develop and follow transportation schedules.
• Engage with maintenance teams and vendors as needed.
• Manage all warehouse activities to meet PWS requirements.
