Job summary

Sunrock Industries is seeking a reliable Inter-Company Haul Truck Driver to transport aggregate and materials between Sunrock quarries and production facilities. This hands-on role primarily operates tractor-trailers or quad-axle dump trucks to maintain stockpiles and support plant operations.

Expect steady hours, frequent overtime, and minimal overnight travel, with a strong emphasis on safety, pre-trip inspections, and teamwork in outdoor industrial environments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• CDL Class A with ability to obtain DOT Medical Card.
• Experience with tractor-trailers or quad-axle dump trucks is preferred.
• Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmissions.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractor-trailers, quad-axle dump trucks, lowboy, or flatbed as assigned.
• Haul aggregate, recycled materials, pallets, blocks, and equipment between facilities.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and complete driver logs.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic maintenance.
• Safely load and unload materials at quarries and plants.
• Follow all safety requirements and use standard jobsite communication.
