LEADER is seeking a Haul Truck Driver to support plant operations by safely operating a 100-ton off-road haul truck. You will transport materials from the pit to the crusher and move stockpiles as needed, contributing to production efficiency.

The role requires strong safety awareness, reliability, and teamwork, with potential overtime and weekend work. Training and safety compliance are emphasized across all tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Working knowledge of heavy construction equipment.
• 1+ years of related experience; haul truck experience a plus.
• Experience with a variety of hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 100-ton off-road haul truck safely and efficiently.
• Perform pre-shift safety inspections on vehicle systems and equipment.
• Assist with plant maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Ensure cargo is loaded according to safety requirements.
