RPM xConstruction, LLC is a leading Texas-based design and construction company seeking a CDL Haul Driver to join our on-site team in McKinney, TX. You will operate trucks to move materials, perform basic maintenance, and follow safety and loading procedures.

We require a High School Diploma or GED, basic English literacy, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds; availability 5am–6pm, Monday to Saturday, with a high regard for safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Basic English to read safety information.
• Able to follow directions accurately.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Occasional outdoor work and safety awareness.
• Availability 5am–6pm, Monday–Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Operate truck to move and transport materials as required.
• Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations).
• Follow loading/unloading procedures per site rules.
• Report mechanical issues to supervisor.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures.
