Job summary

RPM xConstruction, LLC is a leading Texas-based design and construction company seeking a CDL Haul Driver to join our on-site team in McKinney, TX. You will operate trucks to move materials, perform basic maintenance, and follow safety and loading procedures.

We require a High School Diploma or GED, basic English literacy, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds; availability 5am–6pm, Monday to Saturday, with a high regard for safety and reliability.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operates truck to move and/or transport materials as required by jobsite
• Perform routine maintenance on the truck, such as oil changes and tire rotations
• Must have knowledge of operating procedures as it pertains to loading and unloading materials
• Report any mechanical issues to the supervisor
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic understanding of English to read and understand work instructions and safety information.
• Must be able to follow directions.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the job which include, but are not limited to: walking, bending, pushing, pulling, lifting, sitting, squatting, and occasionally lifting and carrying items which may weigh up to 25 pounds.
• Position spends approximately 5% of time outside inspecting and maintaining the equipment, which may involve standing, squatting, bending, lying, or in various other positions to reach the machine. Position spends approximately 95% of the time sitting and operating the equipment.
• Vision and hearing must be within or correctable to within normal range.
• Must be available for work 5am – 6pm Monday through Saturdays.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to machines and chemicals at various times. The noise level in the work environment is usually high.
