Job summary

RPM xConstruction, LLC, based in Texas, is seeking a Driver - Non CDL to move materials on jobsites and support our construction crews. The role requires safe operation of trucks, adherence to procedures, and basic maintenance tasks.

You should have a High School Diploma or GED, be able to read English, follow directions, and meet physical demands including lifting up to 25 pounds. Work hours typically 5 am to 6 pm, Monday through Saturday, with exposure to noise and industrial conditions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic understanding of English to read and understand work instructions and safety information.
• Must be able to follow directions.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the job, including walking, bending, pushing, pulling, lifting, sitting, squatting, and occasionally lifting and carrying items weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Position spends approximately 5% of time outside inspecting and maintaining equipment; 95% of time is spent sitting and operating equipment.
• Vision and hearing must be within or correctable to within normal range.
• Must be available for work 5 am – 6 pm Monday through Saturdays.
• While performing duties, the employee may be exposed to machines and chemicals at various times; noise level in the work environment is usually high.

Responsibilities

• Operate truck to move and/or transport materials as required by jobsite.
• Perform routine maintenance on the truck, such as oil changes and tire rotations.
• Have knowledge of operating procedures as it pertains to loading and unloading materials.
• Report any mechanical issues to the supervisor.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
