Job summary

Waste Pro is seeking a Front Load Driver in Meridian, Idaho. You will operate refuse collection vehicles on pre-assigned routes and perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure safe, efficient pickups for commercial accounts.

Candidate must hold a valid CDL and be at least 21. The role includes a $10,000 driver award program upon meeting criteria and opportunities for career growth within Waste Pro.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A or B CDL for the state.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Understand refuse collection policies and DOT requirements.
• Able to read/write English well for paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Serves commercial clients by collecting Front Load Containers.
• Performs pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintenance checks.
• Transports waste to designated landfills or disposal areas.
• Communicates professionally with customers and dispatch.
