Job summary

Waste Pro USA Inc. is seeking an energetic Front Load Driver to operate refuse collection vehicles on pre-assigned routes. You will perform pre-trip and post-trip checks and maintain routes, under supervision, with performance reviewed during routes.

Qualified candidates hold a Class A or B CDL, are at least 21, and have a safe driving record. Excellent customer communication is required; a $10,000 driver award is available when criteria are met.

Qualifications

• Must have a Class A or B CDL valid for the state in which the position works; requires a safe driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older
• Understand DOT and State requirements for commercial vehicle operators.
• Good hearing with or without correction; good vision with or without correction.
• Able to operate refuse collection trucks and follow designated routes and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Operate front load refuse trucks on pre-assigned routes.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and keep logs as required.
• Communicate professionally with customers and report issues.
• Safely load waste, maintain cleanliness of truck, and drive defensively.
• Complete route productivity sheets and vehicle condition reports.
