Job summary

Waste Pro USA Inc. is seeking energetic CDL drivers to operate front load refuse trucks on pre-assigned routes. You will perform pre-trip and post-trip checks, load containers, and ensure safe, efficient service for customers.

Qualifications

• Must have a Class A or B CDL valid for the state where the position works.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older
• Understand refuse collection policies, procedures, guidelines and practices; understanding of DOT and state requirements for operators of commercial vehicles.
• Must be able to speak and read English well enough to communicate with customers, co-workers, dispatch and supervisors, understand highway and traffic signals, and be able to make legible entries on paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate front load refuse collection truck on pre-assigned routes.
• Complete route/productivity sheets, mileage, fuel logs and vehicle condition reports.
• Provide courteous customer service and communicate issues to supervisors.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections for safety.
• Maintain truck cleanliness and perform routine washes.
