Job summary

Waste Pro USA Inc. is hiring Energetic CDL Drivers for Front Load routes. You will operate refuse collection trucks on assigned routes, perform pre/post-trip checks, and maintain clear logs and records. Excellent customer service and safety are essential as you support Waste Pro’s daily operations.

Drivers with a Class A or B CDL and a clean driving record are encouraged to apply. A $10,000 driver award is available for eligible drivers, with criteria met every three years.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak and read English well enough to communicate with customers, co-workers, dispatch and supervisors.
• Must have a safe driving record and the ability to operate front-load/refuse trucks safely.

Responsibilities

• Operate Front Load refuse collection truck on pre-assigned routes and perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections.
• Record mileage, logs, and vehicle condition reports; complete route/productivity sheets.
• Provide courteous customer service and report any issues to appropriate internal contacts.
• Maintain truck cleanliness and ensure safe operation of equipment during routes.
