Job summary

GFL Industries in Texas is seeking a Front-End Driver to operate front-end trucks on multiple residential and commercial routes, removing and transporting waste or recyclables to transfer stations and landfills. The driver services several customers per day on assigned routes.

Responsibilities include performing pre- and post-trip inspections, opening enclosures, using GPS to locate service addresses, and maintaining logs. A valid CDL and at least 1 year of driving experience are required.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Minimum of one (1) year commercial truck driving experience OR CDL school certificate.
• Must meet safety sensitive qualifications and demonstrate safe driving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive front-end trucks on designated routes to collect waste or recyclables.
• Open containers, dump loads, and transfer material to transfer stations or landfills.
• Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections and document vehicle conditions.
• Interact courteously with customers and report issues to supervision.
• Maintain logs and ensure safety policies are followed throughout operations.
