Capital Waste Services is seeking a safety-minded Front-End Driver to service commercial dumpsters on an assigned route using a Front-End Loader (FEL) truck. You will deliver reliable service, interact professionally with customers, and adhere to DOT and company safety rules.

The role requires independent work, strong time management, and a professional demeanor representing Capital Waste Services within the community.

Qualifications

Valid Class A or B CDL with a clean driving record.
DOT drug screen, background check, and physical required.
Minimum age 21 years.
Minimum 3 years of Front-End experience.
Strong commitment to safety and customer service.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a Front-End Loader (FEL) truck to collect and transport commercial waste.
Complete routes efficiently and on schedule.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report issues.
Ensure proper servicing of containers to minimize property damage.
Maintain DOT compliance and company safety procedures.
Interact professionally with customers and address concerns.
Use route management technology and onboard systems.
Keep vehicles clean and in good condition.
