Job summary

Roadmaster Drivers School is seeking CDL examiners to administer CDL examinations and ensure safety and compliance. The role requires a valid CDL Class A license with endorsements, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass DOT physicals and drug screening.

Strong communication and leadership skills are essential to perform duties and interact with students and staff. Examiners will maintain testing integrity, attend training, and submit accurate reports.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively using verbal, non-verbal and written skills.
• Must meet DOT physical qualifications and drug testing standards.
• Must hold or obtain CDL Examiner certifications as required.
• Must demonstrate physical, intellectual and leadership ability to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Administer CDL examinations in accordance with state and Federal regulations.
• Ensure safe driving and operation of testing equipment during exams.
• Maintain reliability and integrity of CDL exams and testing materials.
• Attend CDL refresher classes and stay updated on procedures.
• Submit all test evaluations, forms, and reports in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain professional appearance and testing equipment in good condition.
• Assist training department when available and adhere to policies.
