Job summary

Roadmaster Drivers School of Jacksonville Inc is seeking a CDL Examiner to administer examinations in accordance with state and federal regulations. You will ensure the safe operation of testing equipment and maintain the integrity of all CDL tests while upholding company standards.

The role requires a CDL Class A license with endorsements, a clean driving record, and at least 3 years of driving experience.

Qualifications

CDL Class A license with all endorsements as required by the Company.
Clean driving record with no moving violations within the last 3 years.
Minimum of 3 years over-the-road or local driving experience.
Must pass and maintain a DOT physical and DOT drug screen with hair follicle test (HFT).
Must be eligible to obtain CDL Examiner certification.

Responsibilities

Administer CDL examinations following state and Federal regulations and company policies.
Ensure safe driving and operation of testing equipment during exams; take over controls if unsafe.
Maintain reliability and integrity of CDL exams (Pre-trip, Basic Skills, OTR) and protect testing materials.
Attend CDL refresher classes and stay updated on testing procedures; maintain professional conduct.
Submit complete and timely test evaluations, forms, and reports; maintain uniform and appearance.
