Job summary

HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking a CDL Equipment Operator to join our safety-driven team. You will perform hands-on hydroblasting operations, equipment maintenance, and coordinate a crew across service lines at customer sites.

This role requires a valid CDL Class A or B, the ability to work in extreme conditions, and a strong commitment to safety. Clean Harbors supports veterans transitioning to civilian life and offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid CDL Class A or B license with clean driving record.
• Experience operating vacuum trucks and hydroblast equipment is preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in varying weather conditions.
• Must understand safety policies and emergency procedures.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety policies for company and customer operations.
• Operate hydroblasting and associated equipment as required.
• Transport equipment and personnel to sites.
• Perform pre/post-trip inspections and comply with DOT rules.
• Direct a crew of vacuum technicians on job sites.
• Conduct routine field maintenance and loading/unloading hoses.
