Job summary

HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, seeks a Class B CDL Operator to join a safety‑minded team and perform vacuum, hydroblasting, and UHP pump operations across service lines. You may lead a small crew and must meet safety and DOT requirements while delivering high‑quality field work.

The position emphasizes on‑site operations, vehicle inspections, and coordination of equipment and personnel to client sites, with emphasis on safety and compliance. Training and growth are encouraged.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Class B CDL license required.
• HAZMAT and Tanker Endorsements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety policies and procedures on site and for clients.
• Operate vacuum and hydroblasting equipment as needed.
• Operate special equipment such as Ultra High‑Pressure pumps.
• Drive and maneuver equipment; transport crew and gear to client locations.
• Complete pre- and post-trip inspections and maintain DOT compliance.
• May direct a crew of vacuum technicians.
