Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of experience operating trucks and equipment
• High school diploma or GED
• Maricopa County CDL Class A with tanker endorsement
• Pre-employment safety history investigation for CDL positions
• Two or more years of transportation construction or roadway maintenance experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of medium to large construction and maintenance equipment/vehicles following safety regulations
• Haul materials and transport vehicles and equipment to job sites
• Perform manual labor and assist with routine maintenance on trucks and equipment
• Complete daily logs, reports, and safety meetings; document information in Cartegraph
• Perform traffic control as needed and report safety hazards
