Job summary

Congruex seeks an Equipment Operator in Mesa, AZ to support underground utility construction and infrastructure installation. You will safely operate, transport, inspect, and maintain construction equipment while backing field crews on projects, ensuring safety and efficiency.

The role requires CDL Class A, DOT medical card, and at least one year of heavy equipment experience near active utilities, with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork. On-site work with possible overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid CDL Class A license and DOT medical card.
• Experience operating heavy equipment near active underground utilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment in compliance with safety policies.
• Load, unload, transport, and haul heavy equipment.
• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and documentation for equipment.
• Set up, operate, and break down equipment at job sites.
• Read and interpret utility locate markings and plan safe excavations.
• Assist with rigging and setting structures and support underground work.
