Qualifications

• Must have at minimum a Class B CDL License.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Able to travel occasionally and work in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Operate Class B vehicles (Vacuum Trucks, Jetting Trucks, CCTV Trucks, & Combo Trucks).
• Inspect and clean underground utilities.
• Assist in the setup of inspection and cleaning equipment.

Skills

Ability to work in confined spaces

Ability to squat, crawl, and lift up to 100 lbs.

Construction and/or OSHA certifications

Education

Summary - Field Technician - Utility Inspector - CDL Equipment Operator:

A growing Utility Contractor with a long history of success is currently seeking candidates interested in working as CDL Equipment Operators in response to landing several large, long-term contracts in and around Nashville, TN. The ideal candidates would have a Class A or B CDL and be able to assist with labor in addition to operating commercial vehicles and equipment. Previous experience is not necessary, as this industry sector is growing tremendously. After initial on-the-job training and some experience, you'll be set up with a career path for life!

Requirements of the Field Technician - Utility Inspector - CDL Equipment Operator

• Must have at minimum a Class B CDL License (prefer Tankers and Air Brakes)
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Able to travel occasionally (mostly local work, but when traveling, it's a great opportunity to earn good money with overtime and travel incentives)
• Able to work in confined spaces
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Pass a Background check, MVR check, and drug test
• Able to squat, crawl, and lift up to 100 lbs.
• Construction and/or OSHA certifications are a plus
