Job summary

Casella Waste Systems, Inc. is seeking a CDL Truck Driver to safely operate rear load, front load, side load, and roll-off trucks on designated routes. The role emphasizes courteous customer service, adherence to safety standards, and accurate paperwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Class A or B CDL License.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Performs pre/post trip inspections of the assigned vehicle in accordance with Casella safety standards and regulations; maintains appearance of the truck.
• Operates rear load, front load, side load, and roll-off trucks safely on streets, customer sites, and construction sites.
• Provides courteous service, completes paperwork accurately, and follows route sheets for one Line of Business.
• Notifies Dispatch of service interruptions or safety concerns; participates in training and company programs.
