Job summary

New Balance is seeking a CDL‑licensed driver at its Salt Lake City Distribution Center. The role combines hands‑on warehouse duties with about 10% driving, focusing on picking, packing, shipping, and inventory tasks to support worldwide orders.

The position requires a Class A CDL with at least 2 years of safe driving, ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and read English; excellent teamwork and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• CDL license required with at least 2 years of driving experience and clean driving record.
• Good communication in English and ability to follow numbers/letters accurately.
• Proven stability and dependability in the workplace.
• Experience using RF scanners or WMS systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive trucks on property and occasional off-property trips for fuel/maintenance.
• Pick, pack, and ship orders; process returns/exchanges.
• Organize shipments to 3rd party distributors.
• Log inventory movements and inspect shipments for damages.
• Identify and tag defective units; report discrepancies.
